On the evening of August 15,2016, the badminton team of YST was established in the Xingdong badminton hall in Shenzhen. Manager Wu and Cai visited the scene and took photos with all the team members and Cheer on the players for the next friendly match. After the ceremony, the badminton team composed by the personnel of each department of the company staged a wonderful friendly match.

The R & D center, as the launching department for the badminton team , Under the  promotion of Director Xu Jinhua, they used their spare time to make adequate preparations for the competition, which lasted for more than a month from the planning to the official start. In addition, the formation of team and the preparation of activities also received strong support from the company leaders.

It is reported that the badminton team has received a positive response from the badminton lovers in the company since the beginning of its establishment. In just one week, a large number of employees from various departments have signed up.After a rigorous selection process only 40 colleagues were lucky enough to become the first members of the YST badminton team.

Happy and tense game was about to start, the enthusiasm of the team, the warm atmosphere before the game shrouded in the whole field. The competition was divided into five categories: men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles.

With the principle of "friendship first, competition second" , at 8:00 pm, the game officially kicked off in several venues inside the badminton hall at the same time.Because it was a friendly match, so the contestants were free to choose their partners. It was just a friendly, but the players showed what they could do. As the game quickens, everyone was drenched in sweat, but smile was still blooming on the face, jumping and smashing, running to catch the ball, switching between offense and defense. The field did not give up, always strive for first spirit is we show incisively and vividly.The spirit of eternal competition for first place was displayed vividly.

Those players who had not yet played became temporary cheerleaders. They were also quite effective off the court,a time of applause, cheers, cheers one after another, ringing throughout the badminton hall. Unconsciously, the hour hand slowly pointed to 22:30, because the next day we still have to go to work, in the team's first friendly game with all the laughter ended.

Looking back on the game, the court in addition to the sweat we sprinkle, more is friendship and laughter. This activity not only mobilized the enthusiasm of the staff for physical exercise, but also demonstrated the spiritual strength of the YST team, and further enhanced the atmosphere of unity, friendship, harmony and mutual assistance among various departments. Also fully reflect the positive, hard work, constantly enterprising spirit.
